Hey there y'all!

Yeah, I'm actually blogging! woohoo.
anyway, things here are cool. I'm back at university after a triffic summer. I was going to blog about that, but then I thought...na! I'll just tell you about the here and now. So here is the here and now:

As many of you know I was staying in halls last year in the centre of Coventry. For those of you who didn't know, well, that is what happened. This year however, I am sharing a gorgeous house with three of my CU friends. It's massive! Huge! Also perfect for meet ups and for small groups meetings, as is its use on occassions. Sometime I'll post some pictures on here, depending on whether I can steal them from my housemate.

The Christian Union is great to be involved in. These days we are going through Genesis in small groups and I think that it has been beneficial to everyone. It has been encouraging to see the huge increase in numbers coming along. Last year it was only about 16 in all but now it is about 30 people, so we have split into 3 groups, my friends Paul and Mark leading the other two and myself leading one.

Just lately we had our CU houseparty. We had a visiting speaker (an ex. CU president) talking on Zephaniah, which was excelent. I didn't know much about it beforehand, so it was very valuable indeed. We were on the Welsh border, so you can imagine the beauty of the place.

Please pray for a course that has just begun in the Christian Union. Each wednesday morning at 7:30am, Jim Murkett, a UCCF worker, is leading seminars of teaching on Christian understanding of sex and relationships. Last week was the first of a number of studies, and many came along. Pray that this would be fruitful and helpful.

Please also pray for an evangelistic event that is going to be heald at my house on Wednesday evening. Thanks

Hey, I'll post some pictures on here as soon as I can, if I can remember how to do it. I'll try and keep you posted more often.

be excelent to each other.

Uni sounds great. Makes me want to go to a Christian uni, rather than just working at one.
